These Terms & Conditions govern your use of MumSpace. By downloading, accessing, creating an account for, subscribing to, or using MumSpace, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. About MumSpace

MumSpace is a family organisation and wellbeing app designed to help users manage routines, chores, reminders, rewards, shopping lists, notes, calendar items, wellbeing tools, and similar lifestyle features.

MumSpace may also use AI-powered features to help organise information, generate suggestions, structure tasks, and simplify planning. These features are designed to assist with organisation and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or personalised.

2. Eligibility

You may use MumSpace only if you are legally permitted to do so under the laws that apply to you. If you use MumSpace on behalf of your household or family, you are responsible for making sure your use is appropriate and lawful.

3. Your Use of the App

You agree to use MumSpace only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not:

• misuse the app,
• interfere with the app’s normal operation,
• attempt unauthorised access to systems or data,
• disrupt security or integrity,
• infringe the rights of others,
• upload harmful, abusive, unlawful, or misleading content.

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe the app is being misused.
